A leading name in experiential luxury travel

A strategic study carried out for a leading name in experiential luxury travel. The audit covers both voice and image: writing that aims at elegance but exhausts itself in expected formulas, and photography that is well made but distant, missing faces, gestures and any share of mystery. The work proposes to reverse the logic, suggesting rather than describing, leaving room for the unsaid, and making luxury an experience that is lived before it is spoken.

The response is built around a manifesto and six pillars that establish a more embodied voice: feeling before spectacle, breathing room, the human, the refinement of simple pleasures, a gentle irreverence, and the world as a mirror. It extends into a signature format, La Parenthèse, a forty-eight-hour piece of ephemeral hospitality staged twice a year in rarely accessible places, conceived as a work in its own right as much as a tool for image, acquisition and loyalty.
